Mind Your Manners!
Following the AKC K9 Good Citizen program, we are dedicated to nurturing well-mannered dogs who are valued members of our community.
To earn the K9 Good Citizen certification, dogs and their owners must successfully complete 10 specific tests established by the AKC.
Evaluation
The first step is to assess the current state of communication between you and your dog.
The evaluation fee is $35
(valid through 12/2025)
Basic Obedience
Once you and your dog have been evaluated, you can begin the training sessions.
Training sessions offer the best value when purchased in packages, but individual sessions are also available.
1 hour sessions are available in a package of 10 for $250. You may choose to pay all at once or in payments on the session days.
AKC K9 Good Citizen
To acquire your certification from AKC, your dog must pass 10 individual tests.
Our certification fee is $50, plus an additional $32 payable to AKC for the official certificate.
